Principal
Jim is a senior executive officer with over 25 years of experience in
operations, clinical practice management, business development,
hospital administration and management and executive leadership.
Prior to joining MD Cress & Associates, Jim served as the Chief
Operating Officer for Specialty Healthcare Management, LLC an asset
company used in the purchase and turn-around of distressed rural
healthcare facilities located in central and southern Louisiana.
Prior to Specialty Healthcare Management, LLC he served as Director
of Business Development for Focus Management Group, a hospital
management company specializing in behavioral health and physical
rehabilitation hospitals primary focus on new start ups and
operational turnarounds.
Mr. Fritschen also served as Senior Vice President of Business
Development for Cornerstone Healthcare Group, a $150M hospital
company which owns and manages hospitals throughout the
country.
Jim's operations experience also includes roles as Chief Executive
Officer of hospitals in Texas and Louisiana. He has been a national
speaker on healthcare business and clinical topics and supports
several charitable organizations.
