Bryce King
Senior Advisor
Bryce is an experienced executive with over 25 years in banking,
merger and acquisition advisory, equity investments, debt financing
and operational management. Mr. King was the US Group Leader
for Retail, Consumer, and Food Manufacturing focused on cross
border transactions with Asia, Europe, and South America as well as
experience with the firm's San Francisco technology group for
London-based Robert Fleming and Hong Kong-based Jardine
Fleming. He was also a Managing Director for Mastodon Ventures
and served as an Operating Partner for HBK, Inc., a Dallas-based $14
billion hedge fund.In 1998, Mr. King led the buyout of Fuddruckers
Inc., a 245 unit restaurant chain with over $350 million in revenues,
from the then public Unique Casual Restaurants, Inc. He then led a
highly successful turnaround effort including a substantial restart in
franchise activity and new development as the CEO/President from
1998 to 2006. Mr. King received a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham
Young University.
